How to get started...

1. Download the Grubhub app and create an account, if needed.
1. Tap Account > Campus Dining > Select your specific campus
1. Add Eagle Access Card as a payment option by logging into your MyUSI account or going to > Payment > Add new payment > Follow prompts
1. Order delivery and enjoy.

What types of funds from my Eagle Access Card can I use?

For orders at any of our on campus locations, both Munch Money and Flex may be used to pay for Grubhub and Kiwibot orders. Only Flex may be used to order from off-campus locations.

Can I use my meal swap on Grubhub?

Meal swap on Grubhub is NOT available for those on Metal Meal Plans.

But for those on Red, White, Blue, and You plans ... Yes you can! Meal swaps are available at participating on campus locations after 7 pm on weekdays and 3pm weekends. To use your meal swap select the meal exchange menu when available to order. At this time, meal swaps are NOT available for Kiwibot Delivery.

Can I use my Eagle Access Card at any location that uses Grubhub?

Yes! You have access to any restaurant on the nationwide Grubhub network, including numerous merchants in your local area, as well as the 300k+ merchants nationwide. This means you can enjoy using Flex Funds on your Eagle Access Card on Grubhub not just in Indiana, but wherever you are!

What is Grubhub+ Student? Are there Benefits?

Grubhub+ Student is a limited-time free membership program for college students who are affiliated with select universities through Grubhub Campus Dining.

Benefits include: $0 delivery fees on eligible orders that meet the subtotal minimum for Grubhub+ off-campus restaurants, lower service fees on eligible delivery orders, 5% back in Grubhub+ credit on eligible off-campus pickup orders, exclusive deals and discounts, and donation-matching.
